The West Bengal School Service Commission (WBSSC) has officially released the WBSSC SLST Result 2025 today, 7th November 2025. Candidates who appeared for the 2nd State Level Selection Test (SLST) can now check their results and download the 2nd SLST Merit List from the official website at www.westbengalssc.com
The WBSSC 2nd SLST Exam 2025 was conducted to fill 35,726 Assistant Teacher vacancies across government-aided schools in West Bengal. The examination took place on 7th and 14th September 2025, for Classes IX–X and XI–XII respectively.
The WBSSC SLST Result 2025 has been released in the score card format, carrying the marks scored by the candidates and their qualifying status for the next stage of the selection process, i.e., document verification and interview.

| Open the official website www.westbengalssc.com on your internet browser. On the homepage, scroll down and click on “Login”. Now click on “2nd SLST, 2025 (AT)” and a login page with url “https://www.westbengalssc.com/otr/login/” opens. Enter your Candidate ID, Mobile Number and Password. What After WBSSC SLST Result 2025
| Here’s a detailed outline of what happens next: Document Verification & Interview: Candidates who qualify the SLST written exam will be called for the Document Verification (DV) and Interview stages. Based on their performance in both the written exam and interview. Shortlisted candidates have to submit their original certificates and identity proofs. As scheduled, the interview and DV will begin from 17th November 2025 onwards. Final Merit List: After interview and DV, WBSSC will prepare a final merit list and selection panel, combining marks from the written test, interview, and academic qualifications. Through this, the eligible candidates will be appointed for Assistant Teacher vacancies (Secondary & Higher Secondary). Counselling and Appointment: Selected candidates are invited to participate in counselling (commencing from 29th November 2025), where they may choose subject preference, posting region, and other specifics before the appointment letter is issued. |
